Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselling

Our EAP service is led by Bernadette Maywald, a counsellor with over 10 years of experience supporting staff to work compassionately and ethically in small and large organisations.

EAP is a confidential, short-term counselling service funded by employers to support employees with work-related or personal issues that may be affecting their wellbeing and performance. EAP counselling at Humane Clinic Psychotherapy Collective offers compassionate support for employees of any profession or industry.

People accessing EAP are offered an approach based in human connection and the acknowledgement that people hold the wisdom to arrive at the solutions for their own personal or professional needs. EAP counselling service is centred around the needs of the employee accessing the services and all sessions are strictly confidential.

If you would like to learn more about the process or check your eligibility, please contact us.

Humane Clinic Psychotherapy Collective recognises that a person’s expression of distress, in whatever form it takes, is a function of communicating their needs. We consider each human being as the person best placed to be the arbiter of their own experiences, the author of their own story, and the leader of their own life journey. We seek to acknowledge your experiences, hear your story, and respect your autonomy.
